Pre Sale Questions
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For customers in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can cancel or return your order for any reason. For more details, visit our Return Policy page.
Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
