Pre Sale Questions

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We offer free standard shipping worldwide. USA & Canada: 5-7 business days. International Orders: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination. For expedited shipping options, delivery is available in as little as 2-10 business days, depending on your location. Visit our Shipping Policy page for detailed information.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at thenextgenhub.ca@gmail.com.
